10. Cancellation and Refunds Policy
Cancellation by Participant
- Deposit Amount: $280 refundable deposit holds your place in the cohort. This deposit will be returned to you if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the start date. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the start date, the deposit can be used to book future cohort or will be forfeited
- Full Payment: Full payment is due 30 days prior to the start date of your cohort. Failure to pay by the due date may result in the forfeiture of your place in the cohort.
- Last-Minute: Cancellations within 30 days of the start date are non-refundable. You may choose to participate in another cohort if available.

- In rare cases of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, participants may reschedule or receive a full refund.
